About The Position
NHC West Plains is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their skilled rehab team. This role focuses on helping patients regain strength, balance, and confidence after illness, injury, surgery, or decline. The position emphasizes a supportive, fun, and family-oriented workplace culture where quality care is prioritized.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
- Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
- Active Missouri COTA license
- Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus, but not required
