Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG) was founded with a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate care in the home setting. We primarily serve pediatric clients ages 3–17 and are continuing to grow. We are proud to be therapist-led and committed to manageable caseloads, strong communication, and a positive work culture. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide pediatric home health services. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising OTs and leadership. Part-time or Full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

Active Arizona OTA/COTA license
Current CPR certification
Article 9 certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in a home health setting

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, play-based occupational therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Educate caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies
Collaborate with supervising OTs and other healthcare professionals
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
