Requirements
- Licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas.
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children and families.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR.
- Support children in developing functional skills for daily living, play, and school success.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with families and team members.
- Track and celebrate progress with a focus on measurable outcomes.
