Requirements
- Active Arizona COTA license
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
- Complete electronic documentation
- Monitor patient progress
- Provide caregiver education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain quality patient care
