Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program.
- Active or pending state COTA license.
- New Graduates welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Participate in clinical leadership and professional development opportunities.
