About The Position

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Chattanooga, TN. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership. This role involves assisting in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients. You will work under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients' functional independence and collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team. Documentation of care and tracking patient progress in line with SNF standards is also a key part of the role, utilizing current equipment and modalities.

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Tennessee (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Nice To Haves

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
