About The Position
Concept Rehab is a therapist-owned and operated company with over 45 years of experience, focused on providing a supportive environment for meaningful work and professional growth. We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in Post-Acute / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide treatment according to established care plans, collaborate with OTRs, families, and care teams, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and educate staff and families on care programs.
Requirements
- Active COTA license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical judgment
