Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
About The Position
TerraBella Marchbanks is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its on-site rehabilitation team. The role assists with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated care team and provides attentive one-on-one therapy to residents using functional treatments and a holistic, patient-centered approach. The position offers mentorship, hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments, and opportunities to advance a career, pursue clinical interests, and develop subject matter expertise. The organization provides personalized therapeutic care to residents of senior living communities and is led by therapists. Pay is $25.00–$36.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science degree in the area of discipline.
- Current occupational therapy assistant license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
