About The Position
The Oaks at Radford Hills, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its in-house therapy team. The role involves delivering care to patients and residents with a range of orthopedic and neurological conditions as part of a high-energy interdisciplinary team. The team offers opportunities to create programs in cognition, memory care, return to home, and other areas, and currently runs Montessori and Sensory Focus programs. The organization provides ongoing training, career development, and opportunities for career growth. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available.
