Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant - OTA - Full Time
About The Position
HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our multidisciplinary team providing a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to improve the quality of life for our senior residents. In this role, you will work with a diverse population of residents, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved physical health. You'll be supported by a collaborative team, providing opportunities for meaningful impact on patients' lives. Our goal is to foster physical health, independence, and overall well-being. The community is a Five-Star rated Continuing Care Retirement Community with three well-equipped therapy gyms and a variety of caseloads presenting new challenges.
Requirements
- Active State Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program
- Passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination
- Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure
