About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with both adults and pediatric patients in a mixed setting of outpatient and inpatient care. This position involves working in both an inpatient rehabilitation setting, which resembles a rural swing bed facility, and outpatient pediatric therapy. We encourage applicants who are passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals to apply.

Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Professional attire is expected during work hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
