About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide care for a diverse patient population. The role offers a flexible schedule and serves chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant provides direct patient care and plans and implements treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health system. The assistant must be flexible to meet system needs across different facilities and performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Requirements

Be licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Hold current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities
