About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health services throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, Virginia. This is a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
- Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
