Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our newest location, Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, CA, for a full-time Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Requirements

Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
Active state license
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
