About The Position
Journey Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy programs. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills and promote overall health.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and treatment outcomes.
