About The Position
HCRC Staffing is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its medical center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The center provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care through an integrated, team-based setting that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and podiatry. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized plans to improve daily function and independence. The role also includes patient education, progress tracking, timely documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the rehabilitation team.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Virginia occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function and independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide evidence-based therapy and patient education.
- Train patients in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
- Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to coordinate care.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
