About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health. This role involves performing occupational therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence and safety, assessing ADLs and functional limitations, educating caregivers and patients, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships within Lake County.
Requirements
- Active Florida OT License
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
