About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their clinical home-health field team. This role involves providing quality home health care to individuals in Fulton County and the surrounding area. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. The goal is to implement therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities per the Plan of Care, promoting safety and independence in the home environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program.
- Current Occupational Therapy (OT) state license within the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Patient and family teaching in the home setting.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities per Plan of Care.
