Occupational Therapist (Full Time) | Las Vegas LTACH
About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist at its Las Vegas LTACH. The role supports chronically and critically ill patients who need extended hospital care, helping them regain functional independence and improve their quality of life. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 10 AM and no weekends. PAM Health provides support, mentorship, and resources for clinicians, including those who are growing their skills in a hospital setting. The Occupational Therapist works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and may support patient care across multiple settings within the health system as needed.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and recovery.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.
- Support patient care across multiple settings within the health system as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
