About The Position

JOIN OUR TEAM Company Story Therapy Partner Solutions is a therapist-owned and operated organization founded in 2016 and dedicated to delivering exceptional therapy services. Because we are therapists ourselves, we understand the realities of clinical practice and have built a company that prioritizes support, teamwork, professional growth, and meaningful patient outcomes. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for AdventHealth , we value collaboration and work closely within a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. Job Overview & Work Site What You’ll Treat As part of our outpatient team, you’ll work with patients across a wide range of upper‑extremity diagnoses, from post‑surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. In addition, we need additional team members to improve patient access to treatment for lymphedema. Our patient population within this specialty consists primarily of cancer survivors, post-trauma, chronic venous insufficiency, or post-surgical patients with lymphedema, as well as individuals at risk. We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have the time, autonomy, and resources to do their best work. That’s why we offer manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship for our newer clinicians. Career Growth Opportunities As a strategically growing company, we offer a road map to advance your career. We provide the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to help you succeed. Whether you aspire to become a CHT, lymphedema specialist, clinical instructor, manage a clinic, or even launch a new facility, we are here to guide you toward your professional goals. Professional Development Varying Clinical Career Paths: We understand that each therapist has unique interests and aspirations. Whether you’re drawn to a specialty area or eager to expand your expertise, we’ll provide the resources and support you need to make it happen. Together, we’ll help you turn your professional aspirations into reality. Onboarding/Mentorship: Our onboarding/mentorship program is designed for new clinicians and clinicians joining us from different care settings.
