About The Position

Burger Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join their teams in Auburn and Grass Valley. This role offers the opportunity to work with two teams, 2-3 partial days per week. The position involves evaluating, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities following injury, surgery, or chronic illness. Comprehensive training will be provided on the outpatient documentation system, which includes templates and built-in documentation time within the clinic, minimizing lengthy documentation processes. The goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of patients, their families, staff, and the community.

Requirements

• California State Licensed Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises.
• Provide upper extremity rehabilitation.
