About The Position
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes throughout Long Branch and the surrounding Monmouth County, NJ area. At Stern at Home Therapy, we believe clinicians provide the best care when they have the freedom to practice independently. Our therapists create their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and are supported by a dedicated administrative team that handles scheduling and coordination. Requirements
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- CPR certification preferred
- Minimum one year of U.S. clinical experience preferred
- Home health experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
- Focus on delivering exceptional patient care, as the administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support.
- Participate in shadowing opportunities if newer to home health or wanting to experience the model before starting.
