About The Position
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a PRN or part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Honolulu. This role offers flexible, well-paying work without the typical clinic pressures. Stern at Home Therapy is a home therapy practice that provides clinicians with autonomy, allowing them to set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and receive support from a dedicated admin team for logistics. The position is designed to fit the therapist's life, offering either a steady part-time caseload or PRN flexibility.
Requirements
- Active OT license in Hawaii (required).
- Strong communication and bedside manner.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred — not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Honolulu.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy.
- Focus on the patient in front of you, while a dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination.
