About The Position

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. The therapist will split time between the Bellmore & Hewlett clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Metro PT is described as more than a clinic, but a community, valuing employee growth and patient progress.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Sensory integration experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
