About The Position
Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Saturday-only Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The goal is to improve service delivery to clients by offering Saturday availability. The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy to children and families in the clinic, clients' schools, and homes. They will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The role focuses on fostering each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.
Requirements
- Must be a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Must be available to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm for a 3, 4, or 5-month period
- Must commit to working the full shift unless the first or last session is canceled, or if a client cancels
- Must have fewer than 3 absences in a 12-session period to be considered for future opportunities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
- Familiarity with DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
Responsibilities
- Providing individualized therapy
- Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
- Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Benefits
