About The Position

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy to children and families in the clinic, clients' schools, and homes. They will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The role focuses on fostering each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.

Requirements

Must be a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
Proficiency in client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
Ability to collaborate with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
Strong documentation and communication skills
