Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct therapy sessions focusing on activities of daily living and work-related tasks.
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
