About The Position

Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing has an opportunity for a Per diem Occupational Therapist. We are primarily looking for OT's with weekday availability. Our Occupational Therapist provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.
