Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Medina Health and Rehab in Medina, TN and Trenton Health & Rehab in Trenton, TN for a Full-time Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
