About The Position

This position requires an Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Strong clinical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for managing a diverse patient caseload and working effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Excellent clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload.
