Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in a home health setting.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living.
- Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuing education and training opportunities.
