About The Position
At AHN Healthcare@Home, we are seeking to expand our care team. Our home health occupational therapists work collaboratively to manage and deliver patient care plans, grounded in the belief that exceptional care is best provided in a team-based setting. In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, AHN Healthcare@Home is an accredited leader in home health and hospice. We are a dedicated team committed to delivering the highest quality patient care that positively impacts lives daily. This position serves patients in Kittanning, PA, and surrounding areas and includes a $10,000 first-year success bonus for achieving key milestones.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
