About The Position
AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital - Covington is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) for weekend shifts. This role involves evaluating a patient's rehabilitation potential, establishing realistic goals, and planning and administering a treatment program to best meet the patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance to achieve those goals. All Occupational Therapy treatments and modalities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care at all times. This position offers flexibility with variable day shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy school
- Current Louisiana State License in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge
