About The Position

Work at the UW Health Spring Brook Clinic as an Occupational (Outpatient) (Level I) Therapist. This is an 80% FTE, part-time position with a day shift. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure.
  • An applicant for employment as an occupational therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.
  • An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired.
  • A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities
