Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health [Lake County] | Flexible Schedule | Meaningful Patient Relationships. This role involves performing occupational therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence and safety, assessing ADLs and functional limitations, educating caregivers and patients, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements
- Active Florida OT License
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
