About The Position

Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join its Home Health team serving the East Phoenix and East Valley areas. This is a part-time, field-based role with flexible scheduling, providing personalized occupational therapy to patients in their homes to help them regain independence and improve daily living skills. The role offers competitive compensation, weekly pay with direct deposit, mileage reimbursement, a supportive clinical and administrative team, meaningful one-on-one patient interactions, and the opportunity to grow with an established home health organization.

Requirements

Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

Previous Home Health experience.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations in patients’ homes.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on independence and daily living skills.
Help patients improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional abilities.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home safety, and equipment.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
