About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide one-to-one patient care in patients’ homes. The role offers a pay-per-visit compensation model of $65–$75 per visit, plus Medicare differential pay, mileage reimbursement, a data plan stipend, and additional earning potential. Consistent patient volume is provided. The position offers schedule autonomy: therapists create and manage their own schedules, with no weekends or holidays required (though optional flexibility is available). Territories are described as designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The role uses AI-assisted charting and the WellSky/Kinnser EMR to streamline documentation. Structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship with experienced clinicians, ongoing training and development, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities are also offered. Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
CPR certification.
Ability to supervise COTAs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
Provide therapy to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
