About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Marlboro, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers. For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, physicians, and occupational therapists.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in orthopedic and sports medicine is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Knowledge of injury prevention strategies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
