About The Position

We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a OT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers. For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, physicians, occupational therapists.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in orthopedic and sports medicine is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary practice.
• Familiarity with tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
