About The Position

Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, provides pediatric occupational therapy services in the Early Intervention program. Services may be delivered in a variety of settings, including a child's home or a center. The role includes evaluating and assessing children, tracking their progress, and providing services as mandated in each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
• DOH Approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings, which may include the home or a center.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and track child progress.
• Deliver Occupational Therapy services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
