About The Position
This role focuses on providing occupational therapy services in a home health setting. The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve patient independence and safety. Key responsibilities include assessing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional limitations, educating caregivers and patients, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.
Requirements
- Active Florida OT License
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
