About The Position
This position provides occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence as directed by Physician. Provides a treatment program to restore or develop self-care, work and play/leisure activities to maximum functional level. Works effectively with other professionals to provide integrated multi-disciplinary early intervention services.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- CPR certification required.
