About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and location, with a focus on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families through a coaching-based interaction style in natural environments. The position involves completing weekly scheduled visits and utilizing electronic documentation.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
