About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate Part-Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role focuses on providing care to children and empowering families through a coaching-based interaction style in natural environments. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and geographic coverage, with compensation up to $75 per visit. Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• NER-DE

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
