About The Position
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a busy Adults Services team in Enfield for its client. This role will involve a varied caseload with a strong focus on waiting list management and OT assessments. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive service and make an immediate impact by helping reduce backlog pressures and ensuring timely, high-quality assessments.
Requirements
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in Adult Social Care / Community OT
- Confident managing assessment-led caseloads
- Strong communication and prioritisation skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in backlog / waiting list work desirable
Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering key Occupational Therapy functions, including contributing to a waiting list improvement project and completing P&A (Provision and Assessment) OT assessments.
- Ensure service users receive timely, strengths-based assessments and appropriate interventions to support independence and wellbeing.
- Undertake OT assessments across Adults Services
- Support and contribute to the waiting list reduction project
- Complete P&A (Provision & Assessment) OT assessments
- Deliver strengths-based, person-centred interventions
- Manage a varied community caseload
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Support safe discharge and independence outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely case recording
