About The Position

No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is hiring a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist for its outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in Manhattan, Kansas. The nonprofit clinic provides collaborative care to help children make meaningful progress and gain independence. The therapist will work with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, ABA Therapists, children, and families in a supportive, child-centered environment. Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Kansas Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete documentation within established timeframes.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

One year of pediatric experience.
Clinical education experience with pediatric populations may be considered in place of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans to support growth and independence.
Plan and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Perform and document initial evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and re-evaluations.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
Partner with families to provide education and support for continued success at home.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
Contribute to a positive, child-centered environment focused on meaningful results.
