About The Position

Innovate Rehab and Wellness is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team at Hillcrest Millard! If you’re passionate about helping individuals regain independence, rebuild confidence, and navigate life after illness or injury, this role gives you the space to make a meaningful impact every single day.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Nebraska license as an OT
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, hospital, or home health preferred (2+ years ideal)

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations using appropriate assessments and establish individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapy treatments that support progress toward functional goals and independence
• Accurately document services and ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment
• Supervise and delegate to assistants, rehab techs, and support staff as appropriate
