About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide acute care rehabilitation services in collaboration with Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center. The role focuses on expanding access to transformative care and helping patients regain their previous level of functioning or progress to the next level of care. The therapist will deliver evidence-based, quality care to a diverse patient population, including neuro, trauma, and orthopedic patients, and will collaborate with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
