About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for its Las Vegas LTACH. The role involves helping chronically and critically ill patients regain functional independence and improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy. The therapist works as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and supports patients through recovery, education, and discharge planning. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends and flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM. The posting welcomes both clinicians with inpatient experience and new graduates who are eager to develop their skills in a hospital setting. Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
Current BLS certification.

One year of clinical experience in an inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and recovery.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.
Support patient care across multiple settings within the health system as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
