About The Position

CVHCare is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide home health services in the San Ramon-area communities. Occupational therapy focuses on daily activities and movement. Using common household items or adaptive equipment, the OT trains patients or caregivers in self-grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and shopping. The team also supports community reintegration and leisure activities as part of a holistic approach to health and wellness. The role is described as not remote and involves working on the road with older adults. Schedules include a benefited 32-hour option (24 RVEs per week), a part-time 24-hour option (18 RVEs per week), and a per-diem option (6 visits per week). The service areas cover San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore, Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek. Entry-level candidates and those without prior home health experience are welcome. Requirements

Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
Reliable transportation.
CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience is desired; entry-level candidates are also welcome.
